In this four week course we will learn vinyasa basics to help you gain confidence as a new student to this style of yoga. Even if you have taken vinyasa classes before, this course can help deepen your understanding of vinyasa yoga and give you tools and techniques to prevent injury and create a sustainable long term practice.
Workshop: Yoga and Female Pelvic Health with Rachel and Dr. Leasa

In this workshop we will cover:
The anatomy of the female pelvis including muscles, bones, organs, pelvic floor, and the diaphragm/pelvic floor connection.
You will gain a greater understanding of female pelvic health, and leave with asana practices and tips to assist with general pelvic health as well as how to understand support urinary/vaginal structural weakness.
We will provide an overview of the yoga philosophy and history of women in relation to yoga asana
