with Rachel Lundberg, ERYT 500, YACEP
An Alignment Based Yoga Specialist certification means you have completed the requirements listed in the ABYS Level 1 or ABYS Level 2 from the Lundberg Yoga School.
As a graduate of the ABYS program from Lundberg Yoga you have demonstrated that you have taken your skill and level in alignment based yoga to a new level of proficiency with the ability to help others explore yoga in a safe and sustainable way.
This certification is available to all participants of the Lundberg Yoga 200 hour and 300 hour teacher training programs as well as to medical professionals who would like to add yoga to their scope of practice and already certified yoga instructors who would like to add the ABYS certification to their credentials.
