6 WEEKS TO CALM WITH GROUP COACHING Join me as I take you deeper into the science, heart, and soul of creating a CALM environment in your life for healing your body, mind, and spirit. After living for over a decade with chronic stress, anxiety, and chronic illness, I finally found tools to help me rewire my brain, retrain my nervous system, regain my health, and reclaim my life.  In this 6-week guided course, I will share with you some of my favorite tools and tricks for creating CALM in your life. I will meet with you once a week for a group coaching call and I will answer questions and provide support. I know what it is like to live in constant overdrive and I am here to tell you that it can be different!! Each week you will have access to recorded interviews, meditations, simple yoga practices, and brain tools to help you tap in to and develop your CALM. And, I will be there to support you along the way. Our next group coaching sessions will be held Thursdays, September 16-October 21 from 6-7pm PDT
