This is an all levels movement and meditation based class specifically designed for women. We will explore the integration of breath, sound, meditation, and movement as a way to more deeply connect to the wisdom of your body. Connecting to the wisdom of your body is a direct pathway to more joy, health and vitality! Your body knows what it needs, it is time to listen, celebrate and honor your own body's wisdom!
We will breathe, move, meditate, create sound, and explore free form movement in this class.
**If you are looking to practice a more traditional alignment based asana class then please check out the classes I offer on Sundays and Wednesdays or contact me for one on one yoga session options.***
I will be streaming live using ZOOM. You will need to have access to the ZOOM app on your computer or phone. Once you register for the class you will receive an email with the ZOOM meeting invitation. You will click on the link in your email at the time of the scheduled class.
This practice can be done even if personal mobility is limited. All Levels of movement ability welcome!!!!
