About The Event

PLEASE REGISTER AT LEAST ONE HOUR PRIOR TO CLASS START TIME IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE ZOOM LINK

Join teacher Rachel Lundberg for Intermediate Yoga Level 1. This class is perfect if you are ready to explore a more challenging practice beyond Yoga Fundamentals. It is recommended that you are comfortable with Downward Facing Dog on the mat with hands and feet (if you aren't sure send your questions to rachel@lundbergyoga.com). We will dive deeper into strength, flexibilty, balance, conditioning and body awareness/energetics in this class.

You will want to have access to the following props (but if you do not have them do not let that stop you--we will help you!!!):

2 yoga blocks 4x6

2 firm blankets

1 chair with a back (folding chairs or dining room chairs are great)

1 6-8 ft yoga strap
