About The Event

Whether you're brand new to the practice of meditation or you're looking to deepen your current practice, this class will offer you valuable tools for learning to ride the waves of life regardless of the circumstances. Each class will include a short mediation teaching and then meditation practice, followed by an opportunity to ask Missy questoins and receive her expert guidance. 

Missy McConkie is a certified member of the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA) and received her teachers training from Tara Brach, PhD, and Jack Kornfield, PhD. She has taught both group and private lessons, as well as at local Body Wisdom women's retreats.
