In Yoga Foundations Level 2, Liisa will give you detailed instruction and modifications to help you have a safe, fun, and sustainable practice. This class is for you if you are newer to Alignment Based Yoga while looking to build strength, flexibility and balance.

About The Event

Join teacher Liisa Pruzek for Yoga Fundamentals Level 2. This class is perfect if you are ready to explore beyond Yoga Foundations Level 1, are newer to yoga, not sure how to get started, have limited mobility/injury, or are curious about the nuts and bolts of Alignment Based Yoga. With Liisa's fun and playful guidance you will build strength, flexibilty and balance skills to assist in yoga and everyday movement. 

You will want to have access to the following props (but if you do not have them do not let that stop you--we will help you!!!):

2 yoga blocks 4x6

2 firm blankets

1 chair with a back (folding chairs or dining room chairs are great)

1 6-8 ft yoga strap
